During two weeks on the eve of the New Year holidays, from December 7 to 20, employees of 13 companies of Ascania Group collected presents for the pupils of Udaytsivsky Rehabilitation Center: warm clothes, shoes, sweets, toys and more.

Thanks to the charity event, the staff managed to fill several cars with presents, which were delivered to the boarding school in the Chernihiv region on December 23.

After the charity event, Ascania received a letter of gratitude from the directorate of the center addressed to the group’s employees:

“Mercy, support, charity. Such words can be said of Ascania’s employees. Children and employees of our institution sincerely thank you for the gifts for the New Year and Christmas,” the letter reads.

Pupils of the institution also performed a Christmas carol in gratitude for the greetings.

Currently, 67 children with disabilities aged 6 to 18 live in the Udaytsivsky Rehabilitation Center. This is not the first time Ascania has organized activities aimed at helping the institution. In particular, before Children’s Day, the group also organized a collection of toys, clothes and sweets for the children.
