According to the results of the XXIII International Contest of Beer, Soft Drinks, Low Alcohol Beverages, etc., Yarilo Spravzhniy kvass and GardenZ cider with strawberry and grape flavours were awarded gold medals for high quality. This year’s competition was the largest in terms of the number of product samples and participants: 34 Ukrainian producers submitted 133 product samples. The competition was held in Kyiv and organised by Ukrpyvo.
Yarilo Spravzhniy is a live fermented grain kvass. It is perfectly refreshing in the heat and gives pleasure in winter. It has the aroma of fresh rye bread and a sweet and sour bread flavour.
GardenZ cider with strawberry and grape flavour has a fresh aroma with notes of strawberries and sparkling Fragolino, which smoothly turns into apple tones. The taste is refreshing, berry-like, with a taste of strawberries, grapes and apples. The colour is pink, crystal clear.
