Ascania Group has been ranked among TOP-25 best employers in Ukraine by Vlast Deneg magazine.
The traditional branded rating of Vlast Deneg magazine presents the annual top 25 best employers in Ukraine. The rating includes both companies with Ukrainian owners and subsidiaries of foreign companies. The selection was based on a number of criteria that characterise the quality of jobs and their reliability.
This year, the assessment of maintaining the number of employees and salaries in companies that successfully withstand the challenges of the pandemic was particularly relevant, but the editorial board of Vlast Deneg magazine put the general employment conditions and the company’s care for its employees, as well as opportunities for their professional and career growth, in the first place – as always. They also took into account the specifics of the company’s HR strategy and HR policy.
The rating was compiled using data from various open sources, including official company information, information on employment websites, media reports, opinions of industry experts, feedback from employees and job seekers on forums and social networks.
