Konstantin started working for the company as a seller of non-food products in 2004. A year later, he was transferred to the position of a specialist analyst in commodity market research. Thanks to the experience and diligence gained in 2009, he became the head of marketing department, a position he still holds today.
“I have always been interested in cars, by the way, two of my educations, vocational and higher, were obtained in the specialty “automotive industry”. Therefore, the work was chosen not by chance, but related to the car business – car tires.
At work, I like to discover something new for myself and customers, to offer the consumer not just a “wheel”, but a cool product, emotion. It motivates to be a part of the “great mechanism” and to see the results of our work on the roads every day.
For me, the team is no longer just colleagues, but friends, some of whom I have known for more than 10 years. “
