Head of Ascania Auto Car Tire and Wheel Sales. He has been working for the company for 16 years.

Dmytro’s career began in 2004 as a service center / battery specialist, and he became a salesman the same year. In 2005 he was promoted to the position of customs broker, and in 2007 he became an assistant to the head of the company. Later, Dmytro became the head of the department for work with corporate clients, and in 2014 – the head of the group of wholesale of tires and wheels. In 2015, Dmitry became head of sales of tires and wheels for regional customers. And since 2018 he has been the head of the sales department of passenger tires and wheels.

“16 years ago, when I was a student, I got a job in a company as a battery loader. I wanted to earn extra money, besides, I liked the car industry…

I never stopped developing within the company and changed 9 positions. Some changes were very drastic, with a complete change of specialization… What keeps me in the company is that I see good prospects for the growth of the company and myself in it up to this day. I am motivated by the successful results of the team and mine, as well as positive customer feedback.

At work, what I like the most, if it doesn’t sound banal – is achieving results. Especially if the goal is very ambitious and if thinking about it makes me uncomfortable at the planning stage… »
